What it does on a call
It answers with your business name, finds out what the caller needs, checks your diary for free slots, holds one while it takes the details, and texts a confirmation. Anything urgent, a breakdown, a leak, a customer who insists on a person, goes straight through to you or whoever you choose.
Callers always know they are speaking to an AI assistant and can ask for a person at any point. We think that is the only honest way to run it, and in practice people are relaxed about it as long as they get booked in.
Hear it before you buy it
The sample call on our home page is the same assistant with the same voices. Type your business name, pick your trade, and listen to it take a booking while the diary and job card fill in. Nothing is recorded and nothing is booked; it is there so you can judge the voice and the manner for yourself.
Limits, in writing
Every plan has a monthly minute allowance and an agreed cap. AI Front Desk includes 500 minutes a month and two calls answered at once; AI Business Operations includes 1,000 minutes and four. Extra minutes are charged at an agreed rate and never without a cap, so the bill never surprises you.
Your customer data stays yours. We sign UK GDPR agreements and tell you which providers handle call audio and for how long.
